Terms & Conditions — kt1917 Platform Rules

By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the kt1917 website and its associated services (collectively, the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any other policies published on the Platform. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

kt1917 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication on the Platform. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. kt1917 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail verification checks, or where there are reasonable grounds to suspect that eligibility requirements are not met, may be suspended or permanently closed. Any balance in a suspended account will be reviewed subject to compliance procedures.

kt1917 supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) through the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Additional payment channels may be added or removed from time to time without prior notice.

3.1 Deposits

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day; these are displayed at the point of deposit within your account. kt1917 does not charge fees on deposits made via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever possible. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. kt1917 aims to process verified withdrawal requests within 10 minutes during normal operating hours for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days. kt1917 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending completion of identity verification or fraud checks.

3.3 Currency

All account balances, bets, winnings, and bonus amounts are denominated in BDT (৳). kt1917 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs incurred by your payment provider are your sole responsibility.

kt1917 offers promotional bonuses to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, in addition to the general bonus conditions stated here. In the event of a conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

• Welcome Bonus: New players may be eligible for a welcome deposit bonus of up to ৳20,000 on their first deposit. Full wagering requirements and eligible game restrictions apply.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated in the specific bonus terms. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum of 20 times before withdrawal is permitted.

• Expiry: All bonuses expire within the timeframe stated in the promotion details. Expired bonus funds are automatically removed from the account without further notice.

All bets and wagers placed on the kt1917 Platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or sport. In general, the following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the Platform:

5.1 Acceptance of Bets

kt1917 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where there are grounds to suspect irregularity, system error, or violation of these terms. A bet is not confirmed until you receive a successful bet confirmation reference from the Platform.

5.2 Errors and Technical Faults

In the event of a manifest pricing error, system malfunction, or technical fault that affects the outcome of a bet or game, kt1917 reserves the right to void the affected transactions and refund the original stake. kt1917 is not liable for any winnings accrued as a direct result of a technical error.

5.3 Cricket Betting

Live cricket betting on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other fixtures is subject to the specific cricket betting rules published on the Platform. In-play bets placed after the relevant event has concluded will be voided. If a match is abandoned or interrupted, settlement rules follow the official match result or the relevant tournament authority's decision.

5.4 Responsible Betting

You are solely responsible for the bets you place. kt1917 encourages all players to set personal deposit and stake limits through the Responsible Gaming tools available in your account settings. No bet may be placed using funds that a player cannot afford to lose.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the kt1917 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Registering or using the Platform while under the age of 21.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information at any stage.

This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without the express prior written consent of kt1917.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kt1917 and its directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds arising from gambling activity, whether due to luck, skill, or any other factor.
• Interruptions to service, including scheduled or unscheduled maintenance windows.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Technical faults in third-party game software provided by studios such as Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Spribe, or others.
• Any loss or damage arising from reliance on information published on the Platform.

Nothing in these terms limits kt1917's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
